Configurable Knuth-Liang hyphenation

Uses the UTF8 encoded hyphenation patterns provided by hyph-utf8 from http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/language/hyph-utf8

Usage:

hyphenate english_US "supercalifragilisticexpialadocious"
