This package is not currently in any snapshots. If you're interested in using it, we recommend adding it to Stackage Nightly. Doing so will make builds more reliable, and allow stackage.org to host generated Haddocks.
change-monger is intended to allow you to extract
the revision history from various VCSes like Darcs,
and save them as a ChangeLog; particularly important
is being able to extract the summaries for all patches
since the last release.
